RAFFLE RULES

RAFFLE RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Sponsor of this bourbon raffle is Folds of Honor. A registered 501c3 organization. TAX ID:75-3240683

All proceeds from this raffle will go to benefit the mission of the Foundation.

Must be 21 years or older to enter and must reside in the contiguous 48 US States (excluding West Virginia).

Tickets go on sale Monday December 30th, 2024. Ticket sales will end March 10th, 2025 at 11:59PM CDT.

There will be a LIVE drawing held on Monday, March 11th, 2025 at 1:00 PM CDT. You do not need to be present to win. Tune in to our facebook page for updates.

There will be 8 total winners. “Grand Prize” will be drawn first. Then “Runner Up”, then Lot 3, and so on until all 8 winners are drawn. A winning ticket will no longer be eligible for subsequent drawings in this raffle.

Following the announcement via Facebook, winners will have 30 days to claim their prize.

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email.

An email receipt for your purchase of raffle ticket(s) will be sent immediately after purchase and will contain your unique raffle ticket entry numbers in the email.

Your entry number will serve as your raffle ticket entry identifier and for your initial and any subsequent entries you make; physical raffle tickets will not be mailed. Each raffle ticket is a separate and equal chance to win one of the bourbon prize packages. Once a ticket has been drawn, it shall not be eligible to have another chance at one of the other prize packages. Receipt and/or transaction numbers should not be confused with raffle entry (ticket) numbers.

*We cannot ship prizes to Alabama, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont. If you are a winner in one of these states, you can give us an alternative shipping address for a state we can ship to, or we offer a $500 travel voucher if you are going to come pick the prize up in person.

Signature and valid photo ID for proof of age will be required upon pickup or delivery of Raffle prizes. In certain cases, the items may be delivered in person by staff, board members, or volunteers, with the permission of the winner and where legal.

No purchase limit applies while sufficient tickets are available; a maximum of 1,500 tickets will be sold, although the actual number sold may be significantly less. Void where participation is prohibited. Refunds are not permitted under state law.

This date and all other dates stated in these rules may be extended at the absolute discretion of Won Cause. Tickets may sell out before that time.

The winning tickets will be drawn via a third party random number generation program containing names of all eligible raffle tickets.
